Killingly, CT. Quinnebaug Valley Community College. Event is not open to the general public.

 

April 21

West Lafayette, IN. Purdue University School of Nursing. Bernie will present the keynote opening session at 1 p.m on "Love, Magic and Mudpies: love as the foundation for mental and physical health". Another presentation by Bernie will be at 2:45 p.m. on "The Art of healing: experiences and resources for parents, teachers and healthcare providers working with families".
The conference is from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Loeb Theatre on the Purdue University campus, West Layfette.
Event is open to the public.
Cost to attend the full day event which includes other presentations is $80 and includes lunch. Groups of 3 or more people may register together for $65/person.
The purpose of the conference is to assist parents, teachers, healthcare providers and others in working with children and their life experiences; the goal is to give attendees new resources which will enhance their ability to help children in decision-making and in dealing with their feelings, fears and pain - in body, mind and spirit.

Wallingford, CT. Brooker Lecture Hall, Gaylord Hospital. Bernie will present as part of the 64th Annual CT Licensed Practical Nurses Assocation State Convention "Keeping the care in healthcare". Speakers and business sessions will be held all day from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Bernie will speak at 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. on "Prescriptions for Living and the Art of Healing". The cost to attend is $50 for non-members of CLPNA, with pre-registration by April 26th. At the door, the cost is $60. May 8

Bloomfield, CT. American Cancer Society Auxiliary Springtime Luncheon. The luncheon is by invitation only and is an opportunity to thank their volunteers. If space is available, others may be invited. Cost to attend is $50 per person. Bernie will be giving an inspirational presention. Event will be held at the Tumble Brook Country Club, Bloomfield, CT. West Hartford, CT. Holy Family Retreat Center. Bernie will conduct a full day retreat on "Peace, Love and Healing", 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Event is open to the public. Cost to attend is $100 per person. Stamford, CT. Bernie will present at this National Cancer Survivor's Day which will be held at Mill River Park where families and friends will come to show support for cancer survivors. Hope in Motion for Stamford Hospital's Bennett Cancer Center Walk, Run & Ride is an opportunity for families to come together and celebrate life, comfort those living with cancer, honor survivors and remember those who lost their battle with cancer. Norwalk, CT. This event "Medicine and Spiritual Healing" will take place at the Concert Hall at the Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT from 1 - 5 p.m. Bernie will present as well as Divaldo P. November 17 & 18

Milwaukee area, WI. Bernie is the keynote speaker for the 2008 ProHealth Care Women's Center for Breast Care Annual event. He will present "Love, Medicine and Miracles" at 2 community events:

Monday evening, 7 - 8:30 p.m. at the Country Springs Hotel & Conference Center, 2810 Golf Road, Waukesha, WI

Tuesday, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the Cotton Exchange, 345 Hickory Hollow Road, Waterford, WI.
